Early Postpartum Fitness (3 Month Program)

Congratulations, your baby has arrived! While you will be preoccupied caring for your newborn, there is one more important person you need to take care of in the postpartum period - yourself!

The postpartum period can be an exciting and psychologically challenging time in a woman's life as her body has gone through a lot.

 

This program is specifically designed for new mothers who are between 6-12 weeks postpartum.

In this 3 month program, I will help you regain your strength and stamina and move safely through the early postpartum phase by cultivating positivity and resilience one step at a time!
