With my Coaching app, you'll have everything you need to reach your fitness goals - your workouts, your nutrition & lifestyle habits, and access to your coach - that's me! No matter where you are - home or travelling - you can still stay consistent!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After you have filled in the Online Training Application form below, you can expect the following:

1. I will book a free consultation call with you to discuss your fitness goals. I will briefly explain my coaching approach and also discuss pricing packages with you

2. Once you decide to enrol I will book you in for an Onboarding Call

3. During the Onboarding Call, I will have your initial physical assessment done to check your fitness level and current nutrition habits. We will then collaboratively discuss and plan the next steps

4. Once we have an effective plan that works for you and your schedule, I will invite you to my online coaching app where you will have access to a personalized workout program designed by me

 

5. I will schedule a weekly 15-minute check-in video call to check on your progress and discuss any roadblocks you may have
