This workout is perfect for anyone who is a complete beginner or a little overweight or is resuming back to exercising after an injury or being sick. Slow and steady. Let’s Go! 💪
1. Air Squats - 15 reps
2. X Crunch - 15 reps each side
3. Modified Burpee - 10 reps
4. Reverse Crunch - 15 reps
5. Modified Mountain Climbers - 40 sec
6. Knee Plank - 40 sec
Complete all the exercises back to back. Rest for 2 minutes between each set. 3 sets.
Don't forget to warm up before, hydrate during and cool down after your workout!
