This photo appeared on my google photo memories from exactly 2 years ago. I remember this photo very well. It was taken in front of the bathroom mirror of my workplace where I was working full time as a Project Coordinator.

I was lost.
I was under-eating and was underweight.
I used to feel exhausted and burnt out all the time!
I was irritable around my husband and my sons.
I struggled to sleep at night.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Despite all that I am still smiling. And everything seemed perfectly fine (at least to people around me!)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fast forward today I am VERY intentional about -
Taking care of my body.
Forgiving myself.
Respecting myself.
Setting Boundaries.
Learning to say NO and NOT feeling guilty about it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And honestly, I have never felt better!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember friends, only when you are physically and mentally strong can you take care and be present for those around you, especially your loved ones! ♥️

Life will be messy. But a sound mind and body are sure to conquer even the messiest of days like a breeze! Trust me!
