Core strength is crucial in every movement you do. Your core muscles are the sturdy central link connecting your Upper and Lower Body. A strong core enhances balance and stability. Thus, can help prevent falls and injuries during sports or other daily activities.
Think of your core as muscles from your torso down to your hips. Keep in mind these muscles protect your spine, therefore allowing you to have a stronger back and perfect posture!
Here is a Core Workout to help you strengthen your core.
1️⃣ High Plank Rotations - 10 reps each side
2️⃣ Alternate Knee to Chest - 40 sec
ProTip: Lift your back up from the floor and not just the neck!
3️⃣ Side Toe Taps - 15 reps each side
4️⃣ Opposite Arm-Leg - 15 reps each side
5️⃣ V - Sit-ups - 15 reps
6️⃣ Plank Jacks - 40 sec
Remember not to rush through the exercises.

Complete all the exercises back to back. Rest for 2 minutes between each set. 3 sets. Go!
