SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-private training offers you a personalized experience at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training.

Enjoy training with your girlfriend, sister or female coworker! It’s motivating, challenging and tons of fun!

Each semi-private personal training session is 60 minutes. The workouts are crafted and scaled for each client’s fitness level. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 1: REQUEST CONSULTATION
Click "Book a Free Consultation" and I'll schedule a time to learn about you and your partner's fitness goals.

STEP 2: WE DESIGN A PLAN TOGETHER
Once you onboard, we will collaboratively create a customized plan based on you and your partner’s goals, fitness level, injuries, training frequency and schedule.

STEP 3: SET UP

You can choose between Online/In-person Training.

Online Training is delivered via Zoom video calls.

In-Person is delivered in my Home Gym at Rockwood, Ontario.

STEP 3: TRAIN WITH INTENTION
Train well, build new habits and reach new milestones through bi-weekly check-ins -all while enjoying your journey with your partner!

I will be your accountability buddy on days you feel like giving up (don't worry...we all have those days!) and support you through every step. I will help you stay consistent via emails and in-app texts. Got any concerns? I've got your back!
