OUTDOOR CORE WORKOUT

No equipment? No excuses! Here is a workout that will make your core SCREAM!
 
It was crazy windy but I got my workout in. I hope you girls too! 😊


 
THE WORKOUT
 
1️. Dead bug - 40 sec
 
Pro Tip: Keep back flat on the ground. No arching.
 
2️. Bicycle Crunch - 40 sec
 
3️. Mountain Climbers - 40 sec

Pro Tip: Place your hands under your shoulders.
 
4️. Russian Twist - 40 sec
 
Beginner: Feet resting on the ground.
 
Intermediate: Feet up.
 
5️. Plank Taps - 40 sec
 
Pro Tip: Core tight.


 
3 rounds! Rest for 2 minutes between each round.
 
Don't forget to warm up before, hydrate during and cool down after your workout!
