Can I exercise while fasting?
Yes! Fit Ramadan is designed specifically for women who are fasting, supporting their bodies through it so they can get through it without feeling exhausted. You will feel better coming out of it, with a boost of strength, renewed energy, and mental clarity!​

I have not exercised for a long time. Is this program appropriate for me?
Yes, this program is suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. It is also suitable for postpartum mamas and women entering into perimenopause and menopause stages.

What kind of workouts are we going to be doing?
We will be doing simple bodyweight exercises focusing on mobility and strength to help you have energy and stamina during Ramadan, and also better manage any aches and pains you might experience due to long-standing and sitting in Ramadan.

What if I can’t do some exercises?
Don't worry! You will be shown a modification (easier version) for every exercise so that you can comfortably do it without feeling overwhelmed.

Who has the time to exercise in Ramadan?
I understand Ramadan can be hectic, hence we will be doing 3 follow-along workouts each week with a duration of only 15 minutes that can be done anytime! Do you have 15 minutes to take care of your physical health as an act of Ibadah?​​​​
