MomPower is an 8-week Small Group Coaching Program for Mothers who want to feel Energized and Confident in their Bodies And Lives.

The program runs from 6th May to 28th June.

What happens after I sign up?

1. You will be directed to an enrollment form where I will get information from you regarding: 

2. You will receive a welcome email so with information on what to expect next (e.g. Coaching App access, FB group invite, etc) and instructions on what exercise equipment you'll need

3. You will get invited to the private members-only Facebook group: this is where the coaching and community magic happens! 

 

4. Within 24 hours after I receive your enrolment form back, you will receive your login details to our members-only coaching app, Trainerize where you'll view your first month's workout plan.

Meet your Coach

Hello Beautiful Mama,

My name is Naush.

I am the founder and head coach at NaushFit.

I am a mother of 3 boys (a teenager, a preteen and a toddler)
I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (PTS) through CanFitPro, a Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach (CPPC) through Girls Gone Strong and a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.

 

My goal is to help you realize your true potential by providing you with the knowledge and guidance to take better care of your physical well-being, achieve your goals and gain resilience as you navigate through your motherhood journey.

Who typically joins your coaching program?

Mothers from all walks of life join NaushFit Coaching to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves, including:​

  • ​Mothers who haven’t exercised in a while and want to get back into a fitness routine

  • ​Mothers who want to have a safe and healthy pregnancy 

  • ​Mothers who have had a baby and want to return to exercise safely

  • ​Mothers who are in the different stages of perimenopause/ menopause

OR If you’re a mother who wants help with training, nutrition and mindset — we’re here to help.

Is this program suitable for busy schedules?

This program is specifically designed for busy mothers, but of course, it will require you to dedicate some time to your fitness and health. 

I do not live in Canada/USA. Can I still enrol on the program?

Yes! No matter where you live, you can get support and guidance from your Fitness Coach. We have mothers from around the world, so as long as you have access to the internet, you can enrol into NaushFit Coaching!
