LIVE workout sessions 4 times a week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) by a Certified Personal Trainer (that's me!) who will guide and encourage you throughout the workout so that you get it right and get it done with confidence!

The live classes are offered via Zoom and you can join from anywhere in the world. Once you sign up and register you will be sent a Zoom link. All you have to do is click on the link and workout with me LIVE!
SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
No matter what your fitness level is, you can still get the workout done as I will show modifications (easy version) to every exercise! The duration of workouts is only 30 minutes which includes a warm-up and cool-down. Minimal to no equipment is needed!

You will get access to Naushfit's Private Group. This group is a great place to connect with me (your coach) to ask any questions that you may have and also be in touch with the other ladies who are there to support, encourage and keep you accountable! :)
A monthly workout calendar will be shared in this group that will tell you exactly what workouts to expect each month and help you stay consistent.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THE PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTION-BASED AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Yes, this program is subscription-based. You can join any time and you will get access to the live classes for one entire month from the day you subscribe.
Your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of your monthly billing cycle IF you do not cancel your membership.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? AND IS THERE A REFUND?
You have the option to cancel your subscription anytime. Simply log into your account and cancel.
Once cancelled, you will NOT get a refund but will get access to my live classes for the remainder of that month.
DO I HAVE TO KEEP MY CAMERA ON?
Yes, I strongly recommend keeping the camera on as it will help me (your coach), guide you to perform the exercises correctly and avoid any injury. Don't worry! It's a safe space where NO ONE is going to judge you. That's a promise! :)
ARE THE LIVE CLASSES RECORDED?
No, these classes are NOT recorded for privacy purposes. And hence offers the two time option.
HOW DOES THE TWO TIME SLOT WORK?
I will repeat the class twice - 9:00 a.m (EST) and 7:00 p.m (EST) - so you can show up at a time that works for you! The timings are in Toronto Time, so if you live in another country PLEASE make sure you convert the above time into your time zone and see if it works for you before registering for this program!
WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY?
You will have 100% privacy as this program is strictly for WOMEN ONLY.
IS THERE A FREE TRIAL?
YES! You get a 7- Day Free Trial. Join in, experience it for yourself and see if the classes work for you. After the free trial is over, you will be charged monthly until cancelled.
