Reconnect with your body through gentle, restorative and calm movements. This stretch session is suitable and safe for everyone. Please get an exercise/yoga mat for hygiene purposes.

BREAK: Nourishing Food & Wholesome Conversations

Enjoy delicious, healthy food designed to energize and nourish you. Engage with other mothers over lunch and share your story. Find support in a nurturing environment. Tea and coffee are also available.
