About Us

How does it work?
1. Fill in the Application Form and book a free discovery call. The call will help me know more about you, your lifestyle and your fitness goals. It will also help me decide if you are a good fit for my program. You will be walked through The NaushFit Method, along with pricing options and packages.
2. Once you decide to onboard and have made the payment, within 24 hours, you will be sent a Welcome Package that will include the client contract, welcome guide, preparation materials and access to my coaching app. You will be booked for an Onboarding call with me, where we will collaboratively work together to create a personalised fitness plan based on your goals, fitness level, schedule, equipment availability, and injury limitations.
3. Once I have a workout program built, you will be notified and given access to your workout program. I will keep you accountable and consistent throughout the duration of the program via The NaushFit Coaching App.

Hi, I'm Naush! I am the founder of NaushFit, a fitness coach, educator, and a mother of three (two teenagers and a preschooler).
I have 15+ years of experience in professional environments across health tech, digital delivery, and project management. I know what it means to wear multiple hats before 8 a.m. and to keep putting your own health at the bottom of the list.
I am going through my own perimenopausal journey in my 40's while building a business and raising my family.
And what I discovered through lived experience and years of coaching mothers just like you is this:
Your health isn't something you fit in around everything else. It's the foundation that makes everything else possible.

Is this program suitable for busy schedules?
YES, the program is customized based on your goals, fitness level, training frequency, equipment availability, injury limitations and schedule. But, of course, it will require you to be proactive and dedicate some time to your fitness and health.
I do not live in Canada/USA. Can I still enroll into the coaching program?
YES! That’s the power of online coaching. No matter where you live, you can get support and guidance from your Fitness Coach. We have women from around the world, so as long as you have access to the internet, you can enrol on The NaushFit Method.
How much direct interaction will I get with my coach?
This coaching experience is designed to give you as much direct interaction with your coach as you need. You can send direct messages and voice notes to your coach whenever you need support (Monday-Friday), which will be responded to within 24 hours. You have weekly check-ins as well a 30-minute monthly video calls to discuss how your month went regarding big and small wins.
How is the NaushFit Coaching different from other coaching programs?
Most training programs are general and one-size-fits-all. With NaushFit Coaching, you receive a training program that matches your schedule, fitness level, equipment availability, whether you prefer to exercise at home or the gym, and the specific goals you’re working towards.
We also take into account any injury limitations, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
You also have the option to provide feedback and request changes to your exercises if something isn't working for you.
