Connect with your coach Monday to Friday — send texts and voice notes, submit pictures and exercise videos for feedback, and keep your conversations in one place with in-app messaging.

Weekly and Monthly Check-ins

You have Weekly check-ins where you will fill out a Check-in form and get a response with my video note which can be rewatched multiple times. We also have a 30-minute monthly video call to discuss how the month went (big and small wins) and roadblocks if any.

How does it work?

1. Fill in the Consultation Form and you will be sent a booking calendar to book a free discovery call. This will help me know more about you, your lifestyle and your fitness goals. It will also help me decide if you are a good fit for my program. You will be walked through NaushFit's Coaching Program along with pricing options and packages.

2. Once you decide to onboard and have made the payment, we will send you a Welcome Package that will include the contract, client welcome guide, preparation materials etc. You will be booked for an Onboarding Call where we will collaboratively work together to create a customized fitness program for you based on your goals, fitness level, training frequency, equipment availability, injury limitations and schedule.

You will also be walked through how to use the NaushFit Coaching App. 

​

3. Once I have an effective program built, you will be notified and get access to your customized workout program. Your coach will keep you accountable and consistent through regular communication via in-app messaging and weekly/monthly check-ins. 

 

4. Train well, improve your nutritional choices, build new habits and reach new milestones - all while enjoying your fitness journey!

Amina Naush Ansari

Naush is the founder and head coach at NaushFit.
She has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and resides in Toronto, Ontario.

 

She is a Certified Personal Trainer (PTS) through CanFitPro, a Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach (CPPC) through Girls Gone Strong and a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.

 

Her method is habit-based coaching and her focus involves helping women pick up positive health habits and improving their overall mindset while allowing them to live their everyday lives to the fullest. 

 

Her goal is to help women realize their true potential by providing them with the knowledge and guidance to take better care of their physical well-being, achieve their goals and gain resilience as they navigate through their life's journey.

What happens after I apply?

After you submit your application, you will be contacted to set up a 20-minute free discovery call to see if you are a good fit for the program. This will help me know more about you, your lifestyle and your fitness goals. You will be walked through the NaushFit Coaching Program along with pricing and packages.

Who typically joins your coaching program?

Women from all walks of life join NaushFit Coaching to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves, including:​

  • ​Women who haven’t exercised in a while and want to get back into a fitness routine

  • Women who are trying to conceive

  • Women who want to have a safe and healthy pregnancy 

  • Women who have had a baby and want to return to exercise safely

  • Women who are in different stages of perimenopause/ menopause

OR If you’re a woman who simply wants help with fitness, nutrition and mindset — we’re here to help.

Is this program suitable for busy schedules?

YES, the program is customized based on your goals, fitness level, training frequency, equipment availability, injury limitations and schedule. But, of course, it will require you to be proactive and dedicate some time to your fitness and health. 

Can I pause the program for what ever reason?

The coaching program cannot be paused for petty reasons except in case of an emergency such as an accident, an injury (doctor's note is mandatory) or a family tragedy (loss of life). 

I do not live in Canada/USA. Can I still enroll into the coaching program?

YES! That’s the power of online coaching. No matter where you live, you can get support and guidance from your Fitness Coach. We have women from around the world, so as long as you have access to the internet, you can enrol into the NaushFit Coaching Program!

How much direct interaction will I get with my coach?

This coaching experience is designed to give you as much direct interaction with your coach as you need. You can send direct messages and voice notes to your coach whenever you need support (Monday-Friday), which will be responded to within 24 hours. You have weekly check-ins where you will fill out a check-in form and will get a response with the coach's video note that you can rewatch. We also have 30-minute monthly video calls to discuss how the month went regarding big and small wins!

Can I get feedback on the exercise form?

Absolutely! You can send your coach exercise videos at any time so we can check your form and give you any necessary adjustments. You also have an option of doing 3 LIVE workouts with me in a month.

How is the NaushFit Coaching different from other training programs?

Most training programs are general and one-size-fits-all. With NaushFit Coaching, you receive a program that matches your schedule, preferences, equipment availability, whether you prefer to workout at home or the gym, and the specific goals you’re working towards.

We also take into account any injury limitations, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

You also have the option to provide feedback and request changes to your exercises if something isn't working for you.
